As an amateur baker, I love the Cakecraft food coloring kit. Having such a variety of colors is awesome. Not only do you get a variety of paste food colors, but the colors are so realistic - the orange food color is really orange and purple food color is really purple. It is great to have more than just red, green, yellow and blue food color. I now have to make numerous colors when doing Christmas cookies so the kids can frost in their favorite colors.
